Are you overwhelmed by stress? Do you want to get free from it? Are you trying to get recover from it but failing to do so? Do you want long-term solution easily? If the answer tuned with yes, then this article is for you. I am going to share with you how I reduce my stress with a very simple trick and its science, how it works.
Stress brings monotonous feeling. 
Stress is a feeling that arises when the situations do not favor us. We all have different aspects of life. All the aspects of life can not favor us all the time simultaneously. So the stress is evident for all walks of people. Do you think you are the only one who is stressful? Do you think you are the only one who is trapped in the problems? Be sure, you are not alone. All the people are the same as you. More or less, all people have stress. All people are bounded by problems. The only difference is in a variety of problems. Of course, people may not have the same problem as you, but they certainly have problems. It doesn't mean we should always be in a stressful situation. It doesn’t mean we should always stirred with problems and stress.




The good news is that we can be free from stress even in an unfavorable situation. Being in problems, we can be free from its negative effects. I have a very good experience to share with you that I can minimize the intensity of stress within 5 to 10 minutes. How? By simply the practice of acceptance. It is very simple and works very well. I am going to share the method to practice acceptance. Before it, I want to focus on the beautiful science behind the acceptance. 





How acceptance changes our state of mind(stress)?

Acceptance is the law of nature. When we accept, we are aligned with the law of nature. When we are aligned with the law of nature, the power of nature flow within us. So to accept is to possess the power of nature. The energy begins to flow within us when we accept what it is.

We know, stress is a feeling due to the unfavorable situation. Unfavorable means unacceptable. This implies acceptance makes the situation favorable. To put it another way, to be favorable is to be free from stress. Comparatively, couples before marriage are more happier than after marriage. Why? Because the degree of acceptance is higher before marriage than after. The judgments begin after marriage, which in turn, leads to unacceptance which is stressful.

Stress is either related to past or either future events. The present moment is always blissful. When we accept, we tend to be in the present. Children are happier than parents. Why? Because children comparatively live more in the present. 





Dilemma in acceptance. 

In above, I mentioned how acceptance works. Perhaps, you might have already known about the importance of acceptance from different sources, too. It might confuse you, how acceptance is possible whenever the situation is against you? It seems impossible to accept when there is not a favorable condition. Don’t worry, I will share you best and easy idea to make acceptance possible in any situation.

In the earlier days of acceptance practice, I was also facing this problem. Later, I solved the problem. When I suggest people to accept their circumstances, they think it is impossible for them. Because they have a certain identity, norms, and values. They are ready to fight with circumstances rather than to accept it. It rushes them into more stressful condition and miss the sweet and blissful moments that acceptance provides. They magnify problems in the name of solutions. How this problem can be solved? The school of thought that acceptance gives relief from stress ultimately puts them into dilemma.

Trick to acceptance

Acceptance means to accept it first mentally rather than physically. Most people trap into problems, conceiving acceptance should be done in the physical world. It is almost impossible to accept all circumstances in the physical world. What is the alternative?

Acceptance is possible in the mental world. So the best trick is to accept mentally first. It is possible for all walks of people. It works miraculously. I always sit on the mat freely for 5 to 10 minutes as a morning ritual to practice acceptance. In this ritual, I chant "I accept all whatever it is". Even though it is impossible to accept in the external world, I accept it mentally. New consciousness arises making me completely free from stress. Stress is detached from circumstances. There are circumstances, but not stress.






When you accept, your perception begins to change dramatically. You start to handle the problem in a very effective and systematic way. Acceptance works like magic for me. It works for you too. When practice, you may not realize in earlier days. Be patient. If you practice 15 to 30 minutes daily, I guarantee it works for you. Be ready to accept all completely even if it is against you.

Accepting mentally, will not make any losses for you. In the beginning, our mind starts to oppose, but neglect it. If it makes hard for you, remember it's just for a few minutes. This helps to digest. After you master this practice, it makes you stress-free within some minutes. Start now, your stress will not be stressful for you.
